Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist; UAEN
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
Work directly with clients to develop communication, social, academic, daily living, and self-help skills.
Use positive reinforcement and other evidence-based behavioral strategies.
Collect and accurately record data on client progress and behavior.
Support clients in reducing challenging or inappropriate behaviors.
Follow treatment protocols and recommendations provided by the supervising clinician.
Communicate regularly with supervisors, parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.
Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and clinical supervision.
Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment.
Adjust teaching strategies as directed by the supervising clinician based on client progress and data
Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is an advantage.
Knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral intervention techniques.
Strong communication, patience, empathy, and observation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Willingness to complete required ABA training and supervision.
Relevant certification, such as RBT, is an advantage where applicable
