Front Desk Manager | Healthcare | Abu Dhabi Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Front Desk / Patient Services / Reception Management, within a healthcare or medical environment
• Strong experience in managing front desk and patient-facing operations
• Arabic speaker is required
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Experience handling patient concerns, complaints and service recovery
• Good understanding of healthcare clinic workflows and patient journey
• Ability to coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, insurance and other departments
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant healthcare/CRM systems

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk / Reception team
• Ensure smooth and professional patient registration, appointments, check-in and check-out
• Lead, supervise and support front desk staff to maintain high service standards
• Handle patient feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with clinical, billing, insurance and administrative teams
  
  Monitor front desk KPIs, attendance, performance and service quality
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures and healthcare standards
• Support the implementation of initiatives to improve patient experience and operational efficiency
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management
