Senior Digital Solution Specialist
We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Sr. Digital Solutions Specialist who is excited about improving healthcare through technology. The core hospital software is developed and supported in-house, giving the post holder an opportunity to work directly with users and help shape solutions that improve hospital operations and patient services.
This is a practical functional and delivery role, not an enterprise architecture position. The post holder will lead requirements discussions, define and manage the agreed scope, coordinate with internal development and testing teams, and remain involved until the solution is successfully delivered.

- Lead workshops and document requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Define solution scope, priorities, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
- Align stakeholders on priorities and maintain a shared understanding of the proposed solution.
- Own assigned requirements and scope from initial discussion through final delivery.
- Collaborate with product, software development, testing, integration, data, and support teams.
- Clarify functional requirements, review proposed workflows, and support delivery decisions.
- Coordinate business reviews, demonstrations, testing, implementation, and go-live readiness.

- Support solutions covering eligibility, prior authorization, coding, billing, claims, denials, resubmission, reconciliation, collections, and revenue integrity.
- Translate payer, coding, regulatory, and operational requirements into clear system requirements.
- Improve RCM workflows through validation, automation, notifications, work allocation, and enhanced visibility.
- Support initiatives that improve claim quality, reduce avoidable denials, and strengthen revenue controls.
- Help define meaningful RCM dashboards and operational reports.
- Contribute to mobile applications, patient portals, CRM, contact-centre, front-office, and patient-engagement solutions.
- Support digital journeys such as appointment booking, registration, check-in, notifications, online payments, and patient-service workflows.
- Contribute to solutions across patient access, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and other hospital operations, depending on priorities.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts where deeper domain expertise is required.
- Develop test scenarios and coordinate functional and user acceptance testing.
- Ensure delivered functionality meets the agreed business requirements and scope.
- Support user communication, training, go-live activities, and early-life support.
- Build positive working relationships across hospital and technology teams.
