- Assist licensed Occupational Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans, ensuring adherence to therapeutic goals and safety protocols.
- Prepare and maintain therapy environments, ensuring all equipment is clean, functional, and readily available for patient use.
- Document patient progress and session notes accurately and promptly, contributing to comprehensive medical records.
- Provide direct patient support under the supervision of an OT, assisting with exercises, activities of daily living, and adaptive equipment use.
High School Diploma or equivalent;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.Completion of a state-approved Occupational Therapy Aide training program or equivalent experience.
CPR and First Aid certification are mandatory.
Experience working in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting, preferably with diverse patient populations.
UAE license is not mandatory.
Fresh graduates with relevant clinical training or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
UAE-based candidates and immediate joiners preferred.
