- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA meticulously documenting client progress and any observed changes
- Collect accurate and objective data on target behaviors using various methods like frequency, duration and interval recording to inform treatment adjustments
- Assist clients in acquiring new skills such as communication, social interaction and daily living activities through structured teaching and reinforcement strategies
- Manage challenging behaviors by applying de-escalation techniques and implementing crisis intervention procedures as outlined in the behavior plan
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. - RBT certification from the BACB is essential for this role.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and basic understanding of ABA principles.
- UAE license is not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships or clinical placements are welcome to apply.
- UAE-based candidates and immediate joiners preferred.
