- Provide a variety of professional massage and body treatments tailored to guests needs and preferences
- Ensure a personalized therapeutic and discreet experience for each guest
- Maintain expert knowledge of massage techniques anatomy and wellness practices
- Supervise and support massage therapists ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to spa protocols
- Conduct training sessions on techniques guest service standards and product knowledge
- Assist in recruitment onboarding and performance evaluations of massage therapy staff
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean well-stocked and prepared for services
- Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies used in massage therapy
- Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met
- Uphold hygiene safety and regulatory standards in all areas of operation
- Work closely with spa management to develop new treatment offerings and wellness programs
- Support spa promotions and special events through service excellence and team coordination
- Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement in guest experience and operational efficiency
- Certified and licensed massage therapist with advanced training in various modalities (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Aromatherapy).
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and guest service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Certified and licensed massage therapist with advanced training in various modalities (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Aromatherapy).
