- Oversee the coordination of patient cases from initial admission to discharge
- Act as the main point of contact for Arabic-speaking patients ensuring their needs are met in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals social workers and other team members to design and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Foster communication between patients families and the healthcare team to ensure an integrated care experience
- Identify and pursue new business prospects and partnerships within the healthcare sector
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as insurance providers referral sources and community organizations
- Assist in the creation and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at driving the facility s growth and expanding its market presence
- Conduct research to analyze market trends identify opportunities and assess the competitive landscape
- Support the preparation of reports presentations and proposals
- Participate in team meetings case reviews and training sessions
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in case coordination or healthcare administration.
Demonstrated experience in business development within the healthcare industry. - Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
