Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized service in a professional manner.
* Perform massage therapies and body treatments according to established standards and training guidelines.
* Explain spa treatments, their benefits, and available services to guests.
* Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and proper functioning of spa equipment and treatment areas.
* Update the therapist logbook and complete assigned administrative tasks within deadlines.
* Participate in spa demonstrations, promotional events, and training programs as required.
* Follow company policies and procedures, including fire safety, hygiene, environmental health, and occupational health and safety requirements.
* Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
* Report any equipment issues, workplace hazards, incidents, or injuries to the supervisor promptly.
* Perform other duties assigned by the Spa Manager or management team.
** Qualifications
* ** High school diploma or equivalent; spa therapy certification is an advantage.
* Knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and spa therapies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
* Professional appearance and demeanor.
* Good physical stamina and dexterity.
* Ability to assess guests’ needs and recommend suitable treatments.
* Knowledge of spa products, wellness therapies, and treatment contraindications.
* Understanding of hygiene, health, and safety standards.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
* Willingness to live and work in a remote resort location.
