- Provide attentive care to newborns infants children or elderly
- Support mothers during pregnancy and the postnatal period
- Assist with newborn feeding burping bathing diaper changing and hygiene
- Assist with walking transfers and the use of mobility aids when required
- Assist with children s bathing dressing meals and daily routines
- Prepare serve meals according to the client s dietary needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean safe and hygienic environment
- Previous experience as a Caregiver Maternity Nanny or Childcare Specialist Elderlycare specialist
- Experience with newborns infants and children
- Knowledge of hygiene feeding bathing and diaper changing
- Experience caring for twins or preterm babies is an advantage
- First Aid CPR certification is preferred
- Caregivers may work in private homes residential care facilities hospitals or assisted-living environments
- Depending on the position work may involve day shifts night shifts weekends or live-in arrangements
- CNA certification preferred/required based on role and regulations
- Experience in home care, hospitals, elderly care, or caregiving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, responsible, and professional
- Mobility, transfers, and daily personal care
- First Aid/CPR and caregiver certification preferred
