An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commis II to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island
.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Knowledge of cutting and seasoning different meats and marination
• Prepare basic dishes such as salads and sauces
• Ensure that the food items are stocked properly in refrigerators and freezers
• Follow established recipe and plating guide provided, to exact specification
• Set‑up the station with par stocks of menu items and carry out all food preparation tasks given by the Commis 1 | Demi Chef | Chef De Partie designated for that station
• Effectively maintain high levels of kitchen assistance service at all times. Keep track of the inventory supplies

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 2–2 year of experience in a range of kitchen areas; ideally within the luxury hospitality industry
