, you will craft exceptional beverages, engage with guests, and create memorable moments that reflect the timeless luxury of our brand.

• Prepare, mix, and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, and spirits, in line with recipes and presentation standards.
• Provide personalized recommendations and engage with guests to create a welcoming, memorable bar experience.
• Ensure the bar area is fully stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
• Handle cash and billing accurately, following Hilton’s cash-handling procedures.
• Monitor guest behavior and act responsibly to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist in the creation of seasonal beverage menus and promotions in collaboration with the Bar Supervisor/Manager.
• Support upselling initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of current beverage trends, products, and mixology techniques.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all aspects of bar operations.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support the success of the Food & Beverage team.

• Previous bartending experience, preferably within a luxury hotel or upscale bar environment.
• Excellent knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage service standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• A professional appearance and confident, engaging personality.
• Attention to detail and creativity in beverage presentation.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-volume service periods.
• A passion for delivering refined, memorable guest experiences.
