Job Description

We are currently looking for dynamic, self‑motivated Front Office professionals who want to move their careers forward.

As a Front Desk Agent you are responsible for providing professional, customer‑focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay becomes a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through personalised service from arrival to departure.
  • Greet guests by name, if known, and escort them to their rooms to make them feel welcomed.
  • Conduct in‑room and hotel familiarisation, and assist guests with hotel activity enquiries or requests.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel information and local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, attractions and other relevant details to respond to guest queries.
  • Remain aware of rate levels and occupancy statistics, and adjust pricing as required.
  • Accurately administer Front Desk cashiering standards and comply with all policies, procedures and systems.
  • Process accounts from check‑in to check‑out, ensuring accurate postings of all incidental charges using computerised Front Office systems.
  • Maintain guest privacy by ensuring their personal details remain confidential.
  • Show a complete understanding of the hotel’s policies, procedures and service standards, and have full knowledge of the hotel’s facilities and events.
Qualifications & Experience

You should ideally have a degree in hospitality and previous experience in a Front Office department within a hotel. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required, and knowledge of an additional language is a plus. Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities are essential. Computer literacy and experience with Opera are advantages.
