P&O Specialist, Talent Acquisition

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirement and competencies.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, networking and referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews with shortlisted applicants ensuring that only qualified candidates progress to the next stage.
• Arrange and schedule interviews between candidates and relevant hiring teams.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, and handle compensation negotiation when required.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Facilitate the induction program for new joiners.
• Maintaining and updating the recruitment tracker.
• Prepare, analyse and present recruitment reports and dashboards to provide insights on hiring progress, timelines, and key recruitment metrics.

• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
• Work Experience – 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in the UAE)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
