Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The HR Officer will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure the smooth operation of all HR processes and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Conduct new employee orientations and assist with onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
  • Assist with performance management process, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures and local labor laws
  • Handle employee payroll and benefits administration
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the UAE
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
