Talent Acquisition Officer - Royal Palace

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Officer for the office of our VIP client in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for the organization. Additionally, the Recruitment Officer will help develop recruitment strategies, establish relationships with potential candidates, and ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment. This role will cover the entire recruitment cycle, from screening candidates to ensuring they are ready to join the company.

Base pay range

AED 96,000.00/yr – AED 96,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
  • Advertise job openings across various platforms to attract top talent.
  • Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and address recruitment needs.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports for tracking and analysis.
  • Perform administrative tasks and support ad hoc recruitment activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar HR role, ideally within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Prior experience in recruitment is required.

Benefits:
The salary offer is AED 8,000 plus free accommodation, food, toiletries, and all other benefits as per UAE labor law.
