Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering construction corporate and project-based roles. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract highly skilled professionals in the Oil & Gas and EPC sectors. - Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience , preferably within Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, or Construction industries.
- Proven track record in hiring for technical, engineering, and leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
