Recruiter - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Middle East region. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, interviewing and selecting qualified candidates for various positions.
The successful applicant must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They must also demonstrate a strong understanding of current recruitment trends and practices, as well as an ability to source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media and referrals. The candidate should also have a strong knowledge of different selection methods.
In this role, the successful candidate will be expected to:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent
- Source potential candidates on various platforms such as job boards and social media
- Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews and select suitable candidates
- Manage the onboarding process including reference checks, background checks, etc
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to efficiently manage recruitment process
The salary package for this position is 1700 AED per month plus benefits. We are open to considering immigrants for this role.
