HR manager in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400 and is open to both local and immigrant candidates.
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing all HR activities, policies and procedures. In this role, you will be responsible for recruitment, interviewing and onboarding of new staff, performance management of current personnel, benefit administration, employee relations and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will also create strategies to ensure a healthy workplace culture by developing positive relationships between managers and employees.
To succeed in this role, you should have substantial experience in a Human Resources management position with strong knowledge of labor legislation. You should possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to collaborate with other departments such as finance and legal.
