HR Generalist / Talent Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
A UAE government entity is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 3-month maternity cover. The role will act as a trusted HR partner to senior stakeholders, providing strategic and operational HR support across the organisation.
Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders on strategic HR and workforce matters.
Provide HR advisory support across employee relations, performance, talent, engagement and workforce planning.
Support the implementation of HR policies, initiatives and organisational priorities.
Manage complex stakeholder relationships and provide practical, solutions-focused HR advice.
Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations and relevant government-sector requirements.
Support Emiratization and other UAE national workforce initiatives.
Work closely with HR teams to ensure continuity of HR operations during the maternity cover.
6+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong HRBP/strategic HR exposure.
Available for a 3-month temporary contract and on own UAE visa.
Native Arabic speaker with English proficiency.
Experience with in a government, semi-government or large UAE organisation is highly preferred.
Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
Good knowledge of UAE labour law, Emiratization and HR practices.
Comfortable operating independently and taking ownership from day one.
