HR Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, resume screening, and interview coordination for Abu Dhabi market

• Maintain candidate records, conduct initial outreach and background checks

• Support recruitment planning and process efficiency

• Advise on Abu Dhabi labor laws, market insights and cultural differences

• Assist with recruitment data analysis and HR reporting

• Perform other HR-related tasks as needed

• Must be an Abu Dhabi National, familiar with local culture, market and society

• Basic HR/recruitment experience; fresh graduates with strong professional ethics welcome

• Quick learner, able to master new knowledge and adapt to workflows

• Excellent Arabic proficiency; able to draft official documents, emails and reports independently

• Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills; responsible, thorough and detail-oriented

Experience in multinational companies or cross-cultural teams

Proficient in recruitment systems and HR tools

Familiar with full recruitment lifecycle and able to work independently
