Human Resource Professional

Join a leading Oil & Gas company in Abu Dhabi as an Emirati Human Resource Professional. The role supports end-to-end HR functions and partners with business leaders to drive organizational growth while ensuring compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.

• Support end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and talent development.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and labour laws.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and support organizational growth.
• Ensure a positive employee experience and promote a culture of engagement and inclusion.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience (preferably in Oil & Gas or heavy industry).
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).

• Experience in the Oil & Gas or heavy industry sector.
