- Maintains effective internal and external communication with respective stakeholders.
- Effective administrative skills in tracking, record keeping, filing all records related to the department.
- Support hotel audits with the records and follow company policy as well as local authority guideline in training related area.
- Ability to create a learning environment, assisting all other HR related activities, and Service Excellence programs.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
