We are hiring a Manager with experience in both operations and human resources to oversee our company's processes and employees. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, be able to multitask, and have a good understanding of business operations and HR practices.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Manage day-to-day operations of the company, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
• Create and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on employee performance management
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members
• Identify training needs for employees and coordinate professional development opportunities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor laws
• Collaborate with other managers to ensure cross-functional alignment

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in operations or human resources management role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of business operations processes
• Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Ability to handle conflict resolution effectively
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite
• Fluent in English (Arabic language proficiency is a plus)
• Pakistani nationality preferred (open to foreigners)
• Available for full-time work in Abu Dhabi
