As a Talent Acquisition Consultant at TII, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging high-caliber professionals to support the institute's ambitious growth and research goals. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and an understanding of niche technology domains.

• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand talent needs and define job requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle across assigned research centers or support functions.
• Proactively source and build talent pipelines for both immediate and long-term needs, using Linked In, Boolean searches, talent mapping, and other tools.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer management processes.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to strategic talent attraction campaigns.
• Prepare recruitment dashboards, reports, and market insights for leadership.
• Stay current with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor intelligence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within in-house talent acquisition or a recruitment consultancy.
• Experience in recruiting for technical or research-related roles (STEM fields preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., Linked In Recruiter, Git Hub, Boolean search).
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring practices is a plus.
