- Maintain accurate learning and development data and records.
- Provide recommendations to improve employee performance through development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
- Review and update learning and development procedures and guidelines.
- Support HR audits and reporting related to training and development activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
