HR Generalist / Talent Management, Recruiter / Talent Acquisition, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Manager
Recruitment and Staffing:
Conduct recruitment, resume screening, interview coordination, background checks, and onboarding follow-up for local employees and Chinese support staff based on project and company needs; maintain local recruitment channels and build a talent pipeline.
Onboarding, Offboarding, and File Management:
Handle all procedures related to employee onboarding, probation completion, job transfers, resignations, contract renewals, etc.; establish and maintain comprehensive personnel files and employment contract records for both Chinese and local staff, ensuring proper categorization, archiving, and up-to-date documentation for traceability.
Attendance and Performance Management:
Manage daily attendance tracking, shift scheduling, leave and overtime approvals, and generate monthly attendance reports; assist in implementing performance evaluation systems, follow up on scoring, result aggregation, and performance feedback, and help optimize team incentive mechanisms.
Local Compliance Management:
Be well-versed in Saudi labor laws and local employment policies; manage HR processes related to social insurance, work permits, labor documentation, and visa requirements for local employees; proactively identify and mitigate overseas employment risks, regularly review compliance issues, and implement corrective actions.
Employee Relations and Team Building:
Facilitate day-to-day communication, emotional support, and conflict resolution; address employee concerns promptly; organize local team-building activities, holiday benefits, and cultural initiatives to strengthen team cohesion and retain overseas staff.
HR Reporting and Coordination:
Prepare regular HR ledgers, personnel movement reports, and HR data analysis reports; liaise with the domestic headquarters’ HR department to ensure timely submission of documents, effective implementation of policies, and seamless operational alignment.
Other Duties:
Complete other HR-related tasks and local coordination assignments as assigned by supervisors.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Administrative Management, Business Administration, or a related field; minimum 1 year of HR experience in overseas Chinese enterprises; candidates with prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region are preferred.
Solid understanding of the six core HR modules; familiarity with HR practices in overseas Chinese companies; knowledge of local employment policies and labor regulations in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
Strong organizational, data analysis, and document drafting skills; proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities; detail-oriented, responsible, adaptable to overseas assignments, and capable of handling high-pressure environments.
Basic English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is preferred to ensure smooth interaction with local personnel.
