Services Specialist

Help connect Khalifa University students and graduates with employers and career opportunities.

Reporting to the Manager, Career Services, you will develop employer relationships, support internship and graduate recruitment opportunities, and coordinate activities that bring employers together with students and alumni.

• Build and maintain relationships with local and international employers.
• Support employers in promoting internships, vacancies, and graduate opportunities to KU students and graduates.
• Work with Career Services colleagues to develop internship opportunities.
• Coordinate career fairs, employer talks, workshops, campus recruitment activities, interviews, and information sessions.
• Maintain accurate employer records and regular employer communications.
• Track recruitment activity, hires, employer feedback, and engagement outcomes, and prepare reports to improve services.
• Monitor labor market trends and identify opportunities for new employer partnerships.
• Collaborate across university departments and uphold information security and confidentiality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Higher Education Administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in employer engagement, career services, recruitment partnerships, or closely related work.
• Strong communication, collaboration, relationship management, and client service skills.
• Ability to coordinate events, maintain accurate records, and analyze and report activity data.
• A results-focused approach to supporting students, graduates, alumni, and employers.
