HR Generalist / Talent Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
The Specialist – Human Capital plays a vital role in executing human capital processes and initiatives within the assigned business area, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent delivery aligned with Sanad's HC policies and operational standards. Reporting to the Senior HC Business Partner, the Specialist supports the translation of HC plans into operational activities spanning performance management, workforce planning, employee experience, and other key HC functions.
This position involves close coordination with HC Centers of Excellence to effectively implement HC initiatives and contributes to enhancing service delivery and employee experience across the business.
- Execute assigned HC processes across the employee lifecycle accurately and within timelines, ensuring compliance with policies and service agreements.
- Act as a primary contact for routine HC queries, providing professional support to employees and managers.
- Maintain thorough documentation, employee records, and audit readiness, escalating complex matters appropriately.
- Support the implementation and administration of performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and appraisals.
- Assist workforce planning and talent acquisition activities by coordinating requisitions, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing, and cultural initiatives, including administration of surveys and engagement campaigns.
- Coordinate learning and development programs, monitor training participation, and maintain related records.
- Maintain accurate HC data and prepare reports on headcount, performance, and engagement metrics.
- Support employee relations matters through documentation, tracking, and guidance while referring sensitive issues as needed.
- Identify operational issues and propose improvements to enhance HC service delivery and employee experience.
We seek a dedicated Human Capital professional with a Bachelor's degree in Human Capital, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HC certifications such as CIPD or SHCM-CP are preferred. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years’ relevant experience, ideally within operational or industrial environments like aviation, MRO, or engineering. You demonstrate strong capabilities in executing HC processes, supporting multiple HC functional areas, and maintaining data integrity.
Excellent communication, coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to policies and governance standards are essential. You are proactive in identifying operational challenges and committed to continuous improvement in HC service delivery.
