Recruiter, Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to selection.
Source candidates through Naukri Gulf, Linked In, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate technical and management interviews.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
Coordinate offers, documentation, and pre-employment requirements.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current vacancies.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Minimum 5–8 years of recruitment experience
, preferably within the UAE.Strong hands-on experience in sourcing and candidate screening.
Experience recruiting for multiple positions simultaneously.
Good knowledge of the UAE recruitment market.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/job portals.
Must be available to join immediately.
Candidates under a husband/family-sponsored UAE residence visa are preferred due to the temporary nature of the assignment.
Contract Duration: 3 months (Temporary Contract)
