Experience: 3+ years in recruitment agency/staffing industry
Job ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, IT, and other industries.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, databases, and professional networks.
Coordinate interviews, client interactions, offer management, and onboarding activities.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality and compliance with client requirements.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate candidate records.
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a staffing/recruitment agency.
Proven experience hiring for Oil & Gas industry roles and multiple industry sectors.
Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Familiarity with recruitment portals, ATS, and MS Office applications.
