- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions
- Utilize various sourcing techniques e g online sourcing networking referrals headhunting to identify and attract quality candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Facilitate the decision-making process and negotiate job offers with candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system ATS
- Collaborate with HR team members to improve recruitment processes and implement best practices
- Proven UAE experienced as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in Services sector
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- English proficiency is a must
- Candidates with their own visa and Cancelled visa
- Immediate availability mandatory
