HR Generalist / Talent Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented HR Operations & Methods Officer to support the review and enhancement of our HR practices, policies, and employee experience.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening HR governance and operational excellence, including expatriate management, HR policies and procedures, employee relations, job architecture, job grading, promotion frameworks, and associated compensation and benefits practices. The role requires a pragmatic HR professional capable of combining strategic HR methodology with hands‑on operational support.
Key Responsibilities:HR Governance, Policies & Procedures:
Review, update, and streamline HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal standards, and HR best practices
Identify opportunities to simplify and improve HR processes and employee experience
Develop governance frameworks and HR operating procedures to ensure consistency and transparency
Develop and implement a structured salary range framework aligned with existing job grades and corporate compensation principles
Establish guidelines and governance mechanisms to support consistent recruitment offers, salary positioning, promotion decisions and career progression pathways
Analyze internal and external compensation data and recommend salary positioning frameworks that ensure competitiveness and internal equity
Design and maintain compensation tools, salary bands, and decision matrices to support HR and management decision‑making
Develop HR governance principles and supporting documentation to standardize compensation‑related decisions
Partner with HR, management, and HQ stakeholders to ensure local practices remain aligned with corporate job grading and compensation policies
Review and enhance expatriate management policies and processes
Support mobility and assignment‑related activities, including onboarding, relocation, allowances, benefits, repatriation, and policy administration
Ensure a consistent and employee‑focused approach to expatriate lifecycle management.
Recommend improvements to expatriate programs based on best practices and business needs
Act as a HR focal point for employees and managers.
Support employee relations matter by providing guidance, policies, and practical HR solutions
Handle employee inquiries and contribute to the resolution of workplace issues in a fair and professional manner
Promote a positive employee experience through responsive and customer‑focused HR services
Support HR operations and continuous improvement initiatives across the employee lifecycle
Participate in HR transformation and organizational effectiveness initiatives
Analyze HR processes and recommend efficiency improvements
Prepare reports, presentations, policies, and HR documentation as required
Support change management and communication efforts related to HR initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Human Resources
Hands‑on experience in:
- o HR policies and procedures review and implementation
- o Job evaluation, job grading, and organizational design
- o Promotion frameworks and compensation governance
- o Expatriate and international mobility management
- o Employee relations and HR operations
- o HR process improvement and HR methods
Experience working in an international and multicultural environment is highly desirable
Consulting or HR transformation experience would be an advantage
