A leading heavy-duty trucking company based in Abu Dhabi is looking for an HR Executive to join the team on an immediate basis.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across recruitment, sourcing and onboarding
, together with a solid understanding of UAE labour and HR regulations
.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new employees
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure HR processes remain compliant with UAE labour regulations
- Support day-to-day HR administration and employee-related matters
- Previous experience in an HR Executive / HR Generalist role
- Strong recruitment and candidate sourcing experience
- Hands-on onboarding experience
- Good understanding of UAE labour laws and HR regulations
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to join immediately
- Previous experience within logistics, transportation, trucking or a similar industry would be advantageous
