HR Intern; Internship

Position Summary

The HR Intern will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, attendance reporting, and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Send rejection emails and maintain the recruitment tracker.
• Collect pre-employment documents and create employee files.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and schedule induction sessions.
• Prepare and analyze attendance reports.
• Track public holidays and issue HR announcements.
• Assist with office maintenance, renovation, and workplace projects.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure document confidentiality.
• Support HR projects and perform general administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or previous internship in a similar role.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in Human Resources.
