We’re Hiring: HR Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Level: Mid-Level to Senior Management

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and people-focused HR Manager to lead and oversee the organization’s human resource functions. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, driving talent acquisition and development, and ensuring HR practices are aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a strong workplace culture while supporting organizational growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals and organizational needs.
  • Oversee the full recruitment and talent acquisition process, from workforce planning to onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations, including workplace concerns, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling.
  • Lead performance management processes, including KPIs, performance reviews, appraisals, and development plans.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, incentives, and employee reward programs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, workplace culture, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, career development, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure proper HR documentation.
  • Manage and optimize HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and other digital HR tools.
  • Develop and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Partner with department heads and senior management to address people-related challenges and workforce needs.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR Management, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or a similar HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, HR policies, and industry best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employee development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and organizational development.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and other HR technology is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent qualifications are an advantage.
