In this role, you will coordinate HR regulatory governance, policy oversight, risk and control assessments, and compliance monitoring to support adherence to applicable regulatory standards across the Bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Governance & Change: Monitor CBUAE, MOHRE, and UAE employment laws; assess impact on HR policies/systems and coordinate compliance implementation.
  • Operational Risk & Control Assessment (RCSA): Conduct Risk & Control Self-Assessments for HR functions, test controls, and document residual risks.
  • Compliance Monitoring & Issue Remediation: Perform periodic HR compliance reviews, identify control gaps, track corrective actions, and ensure timely issue closure.
  • Audit & Regulatory Support: Act as primary HR contact for internal audits, external assurance reviews, and regulatory examinations.
  • Business Continuity & Resilience: Support HR business continuity planning, resilience assessments, and recovery testing.
  • Governance Records & Reporting: Maintain regulatory registers, policy inventories, and issue trackers; generate periodic governance reports for management.

    • Regulatory Knowledge: CBUAE regulations, MOHRE guidelines, and UAE labor standards.
