YourKey Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple sectors (Finance, Technology, Life Sciences)
- Help manage job postings, candidate outreach, screening, and interview scheduling
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and support in building strong talent pipelines
- Assist in market mapping and research for ongoing mandates
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain and update ATS systems and reporting tools
- Contribute to a high-quality candidate and client experience
- First experience in recruitment, HR, or a strong interest in the industry
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English;
Arabic is a plus - Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable using Linked In, Excel, and digital tools
- Professional demeanor and team‑oriented attitude
- Strong learning curve and mentorship from experienced recruiters
- Exposure to a wide range of industries and clients across the GCC
