Business Umbrella Group is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a client in the energy and industrial sector. A major energy / industrial organisation is seeking a CHRO to lead workforce strategy across technical operations, safety-critical functions and industrial growth programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead enterprise HR strategy for technical and operational teams.
- Build succession plans for engineering, operations and plant leadership.
- Oversee HR governance, capability building, retention and localisation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
- 15+ years in HR leadership within energy, utilities, industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Exposure to safety-critical, regulated operations.
- Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.
- Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.
- GCC / MENA experience strongly preferred.
- Senior leadership mandate with direct access to the top team.
- Competitive executive package aligned to seniority.
- On-site role within the MENA region.
