Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Employment Type: Full-time

• Assist with daily recruitment and talent acquisition activities
• Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms
• Review resumes and organize candidate information
• Contact candidates and arrange interviews
• Communicate with applicants regarding recruitment updates
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases
• Support interview coordination and candidate follow-ups
• Assist with onboarding and recruitment documentation
• Work with hiring teams to support staffing needs
• Complete recruitment tasks accurately and on time

• High school diploma, diploma, degree, or equivalent
• Previous recruitment or administrative experience is preferred but not required
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
