- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Linked In, job portals, databases, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Recruit for technical and non-technical positions within the Oil & Gas sector
. - Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate offers, documentation, pre-employment requirements, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status in the ATS/recruitment system.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress against agreed timelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
- Mandatory:
Proven recruitment experience within the Oil & Gas industry. - Experience hiring technical, engineering, operations, and support roles is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Experience with Linked In, job portals, and ATS/recruitment systems.
- Good knowledge of recruitment practices and market sourcing strategies.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- GCC/UAE recruitment experience will be an advantage.
