Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive experience (7+ years) in progressive HR roles, with a proven track record in strategic HR management.
Professional certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR.
Demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of employment law and best HR practices.
Proven ability to influence and advise senior leadership.
Experience in [Specify Industry, e.g., Technology, Healthcare, Manufacturing] sector.
UAE experience is mandatory (preferably in Transport and Contracting sectors).
Ability to work under pressure.
