ALSUWEIDI is looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, with a strong focus on engineering, architectural, and MEP positions, as well as corporate roles.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in technical recruitment, strong sourcing and headhunting skills, and the ability to partner with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting and sourcing to selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Recruit engineering, architectural, MEP, and corporate professionals.
- Source candidates through Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and other recruitment platforms.
- Build talent pipelines and conduct targeted headhunting for specialized technical roles.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments and interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication, offer discussions, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and prepare recruitment reports and KPI updates.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or technical industries.
- Proven experience recruiting engineering and architectural professionals.
- Proficiency in Linked In Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search, and online sourcing tools.
- Good understanding of UAE labour laws, visa procedures, and regional recruitment practices.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work effectively with hiring managers.
- Experience in an engineering consultancy or project-based organization within the GCC.
- HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, or PHR.
- Arabic language skills or a relevant postgraduate qualification.
