UX Designer – Government Platform

Our client is a government-backed digital agency in Abu Dhabi, driving innovation across public sector platforms. They focus on improving citizen experiences through intuitive and accessible design.
Your RoleAs a UX Designer, you will work on complex user flows and services for public-facing digital platforms. You will be involved in every stage of the design process, from user research to high-fidelity prototyping.
Your Responsibilities- Conduct user interviews and usability testing
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Ensure accessibility and compliance with public service standards
- Work closely with development and product teams
- Iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- 3+ years of UX experience in enterprise or government platforms
- Proficient with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Fluent in English;
Arabic is a plus
- Freelance engagement with a respected public-sector client
