Service Delivery Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business, Project management, or related field.
• At least 15+ years of experience in delivering complex technology projects, preferably in the banking industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to guide teams.
• Knowledge of cloud-based architecture and frameworks.
• Excellent understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset, focused on delivering effectively.
• Proficiency in conflict management and ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
• Extensive project management experience covering agile/scrum models with a focus on fintech or financial services.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
