Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem

Design and develop automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Apex to streamline workflows and enhance financial operations

Build and integrate Salesforce solutions with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs for real-time and batch data synchronization

Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts for improved user experience and data integrity

Leverage Salesforce Platform tools and App Exchange solutions for extended functionality and scalability

Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and system configurations to ensure secure and compliant environments.

Lead and execute data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation using tools like Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and third-party ETL tools

Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and auditability throughout migration from legacy systems into Salesforce

Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time

Document solution designs and create technical specifications for ongoing support and scalability

Facilitate business process mapping, requirement gathering, and workshops to align Salesforce solutions with financial and ERP objectives



Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer applications or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and/or Service Cloud.
• Expertise in end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including configuration, customization, and deployment
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce administration
• Familiarity with version control tools, Dev Ops practices, and CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce environments
• Experience working with Agile delivery frameworks.
