Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented E-Commerce Expert to manage and grow our company’s online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and maintaining online stores, managing product listings, analyzing sales performance, and executing digital marketing strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement.

• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce, Amazon, Noon, etc.)
• Create and update product listings with accurate details, pricing, and images
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns and discount strategies
• Ensure smooth order processing, inventory tracking, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with marketing team for SEO, Google Ads, and social media integration
• Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proven experience (2+ years) in e-commerce management or online sales
• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces (Shopify, Woo Commerce, Amazon, etc.)
• Familiar with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Experience in UAE market or GCC region
• Knowledge of product photography, graphic design, or content creation
• Understanding of digital payment systems and logistics processes
