We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant – EAM for a leading client based in Abu Dhabi
. The role focuses on providing end-to-end techno-functional support for SAP S/4
HANA EAM implementations, upgrades, and ongoing system optimization to ensure seamless service delivery across the organization.
To deliver comprehensive functional and techno-functional expertise across SAP S/4
HANA EAM modules, supporting system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and maintenance while aligning business processes with industry best practices.
- Provide functional support and configuration for SAP S/4
HANA EAM (Enterprise Asset Management). - Design and optimize business processes with integration across Finance, Logistics, and Project Systems (PS).
- Lead and conduct workshops, blueprinting sessions, and end-user training
. - Prepare and maintain Process Design Documents (PDDs), Business Process Procedures (BPPs), functional specifications, and cutover strategies
. - Manage key EAM focus areas including:
- Equipment & Technical Objects
- Preventive & Planned Maintenance
- Maintenance Order Management
- Work Clearance Management
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and SAP ticket resolution in line with SLAs.
- Collaborate with third‑party systems (e.g.,
Orion, Banking Systems
) to ensure seamless integration and high system availability. - Support change management, data migration, and system stabilization activities.
- SLA compliance for SAP incident and service request resolution
- Delivery of process improvements and quarterly system enhancements`
- Successful system integration and adherence to change management processes
- Accurate and timely reporting through SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and dashboard validations
- 7+ years of experience in SAP EAM / PM
, including full-cycle implementations - Strong expertise in business process design and SAP configuration
- Hands‑on experience with Master Data Management and data migration
- Proficiency in Multi‑Resource Scheduling (MRS) and SAP Asset Manager
- Experience integrating Esri ArcGIS with SAP EAM
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or a postgraduate degree in Management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
