Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a deep understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of cutting-edge AI-powered products. The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional collaboration experience, a track record of building impactful AI solutions, and the ability to operate in dynamic, client-facing environments. This role requires mandatory onsite presence in the UAE for 2–3 months, with the option for permanent relocation based on project needs.
Candidates must be based in India, Pakistan, or UAE.
- Define and lead the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for GenAI-powered offerings, aligning with business goals, market trends, and user needs.
- Work with clients and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements; monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and GenAI use cases.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and data science teams for effective product delivery; ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders.
- Champion intuitive, scalable, and responsible user experiences in AI product design; incorporate feedback and performance insights into product iterations.
- Track key metrics, user behavior, and engagement to inform product decisions; adjust product roadmap based on real-time data and feedback.
- Serve as the primary product liaison during onsite UAE engagements; effectively communicate product updates, roadmaps, and outcomes to all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to AI ethics, data privacy, and security regulations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 10 to 12+ years of experience in product management, with significant exposure to GenAI or AI / ML-powered solutions
- Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, etc.)
- Proven record of launching AI-based products at scale
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Comfortable working in high-paced, client-facing environments
- Must be willing to travel to UAE for 2–3 months onsite engagement (mandatory)
- Option for permanent relocation to UAE is available
- Open to candidates from India, Pakistan, or UAE
