Operations Lead

This is one of the global leading digital finance platforms in the world.

We are seeking a Growth & Operations Lead to drive user growth and capital inflows for yield-generating financial products. This is an individual contributor role, focused on execution excellence and measurable outcomes across user acquisition, conversion, and subscription scale.

• Own user acquisition and conversion for wealth / earn products across multiple markets
• Drive growth in users and total volume (AUM) through coordinated campaigns, content, and channel execution
• Plan and execute online and offline growth initiatives, with clear KPIs and ROI accountability
• Partner closely with regional business and marketing teams to design and deliver localized go-to-market strategies
• Manage performance against quarterly and annual targets through data analysis, experimentation, and continuous optimization
• Design and iterate product-led growth mechanics and incentive programs to increase user engagement, subscription frequency, and per-user investment size
• Support long-term value creation by improving retention and repeat participation

• Industry exposure in digital assets, fintech, exchanges, digital finance, or wealth / investment management product (crypto background is highly preferred)
• Proven experience delivering measurable growth outcomes through online and offline campaigns
• Strong understanding of growth strategy, conversion funnels, and performance analytics
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and execute independently
• Strong interest in yield-based or wealth products, with an execution-driven, results-oriented mindset
• Experience working with high-net-worth or large-capital users is a strong plus
