About the job Oracle Supply chain management (SCM) Responsibilities
- System Implementation:
Lead and execute end-to-end Oracle SCM implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment. - Process Optimization:
Analyze existing supply chain processes and recommend improvements leveraging Oracle SCM modules. - Customization:
Develop and implement custom solutions using Oracle SCM to meet specific business needs. - Integration:
Integrate Oracle SCM with other enterprise systems, such as ERP and CRM, ensuring data flows seamlessly. - User Training:
Provide training to end-users on Oracle SCM functionalities and best practices. - Support:
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle SCM-related issues. - Documentation:
Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes. - Vendor Relationship:
Liaise with Oracle representatives and stay updated on product updates and best practices.
- Experience:
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules, including but not limited to Oracle Inventory, Oracle Order Management, Oracle Purchasing, Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning, and Oracle Demand Management. - Certification:
Oracle SCM certification is highly desirable. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is a plus. - Project Management:
Strong project management skills to lead SCM implementation projects. - Analytical
Skills:
Ability to analyze complex supply chain processes and design effective solutions. - Communication:
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and convey technical information clearly. - Team
Collaboration:
Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Problem Solving:
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve Oracle SCM issues efficiently. - Adaptability:
Willingness to stay updated with Oracle SCM advancements and adapt to changing technology landscapes. - Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of industry-specific supply chain challenges and solutions.
